ORAL PRESENTATIONS


ORAL PRESENTATION IN PAIRS

DATE: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD.

“HOW SOMETHING WORKS” (COULD BE ANY PROCESS, ETC.)

TIMING: 3-4 MINUTES (2 MINUTES IF YOU DECIDE TO HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION)

SUPPORTING MATERIALS: VISUAL AIDS SUCH AS POSTERS OR CARBOARDS WHICH SHOW THE STEPS WITHIN THE PROCESS (FLOW CHART). IT COULD CONTAIN IMAGES THAT HELP TO CONVEY MEANING AND MAKE YOUR PRESENTATION MORE ATTRACTIVE.

THESE VISUAL AIDS MUST BE BIG AND  CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOUR CLASSMATES TO UNDERSTAND.

MUST BE READY THE MOMENT THE CLASS STARTS.

MUST USE LEARNT EXPRESSIONS (UNIT 4).

MUST USE COMPARATIVE FORMS SO AS TO ANALYZE ADVANTAGES OF THIS PROCESS COMPARED TO ANOTHER.


START GIVING SOME BACKGROUND, AFTER WHICH YOU COULD EXPLAIN THE PROCESS ITSELF.
